7 Nights, Zero Guesswork
What I’m Making for Dinner This Week
This week’s dinners are all about keeping things simple but still feeling a little excited to cook. Nothing too complicated, nothing that requires a special grocery run. Just the kind of meals that make weeknights feel manageable again. Think cozy, reliable, and the kind of food everyone actually wants to eat.
I tried to mix in a couple of easy wins with a few dinners that feel slightly more fun than the usual routine. Most of these lean on pantry staples and shortcuts because, honestly, that’s the only way dinner consistently happens around here. Of course, we also have our favorite meal for St. Patrick’s Day tomorrow night, too.
And that’s the dinner plan for the week. Nothing fancy, just a handful of meals that make the whole “what’s for dinner?” question a lot easier. Before I go, I wanted to share a few kitchen tools I’ve been loving lately—the little things that are making cooking these meals faster, easier, or just a little more fun.
Thanks for being here and cooking along with me this week. I love getting to share these little pieces of my kitchen with you, and it means so much that you’re part of it.
